Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
  2. Whip potatoes with enough hot milk to make light and fluffy
  3. Season with salt and pepper as you like
  4. Pile into greased baking bowl mounding into a volcano shape
  5. Make a crater in the center. approx 2 inches deep and 3 inches across
  6. Whip the cream, and fold in the cheese
  7. Pour cream and cheese mixture into the crater
  8. Bake for about 35 minutes, or until lightly browned and bubbly and oozing over the top
