Cheddar baked potato slices

Ingredients:

  • 1 (10 3/4 oz) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 4 medium potatoes (cut into 1/4 slices)

Directions:

  1. In samll bowl combine soup, paprika and pepper.
  2. In greased 2-qt.
  3. Oblong baking dish, arrange potatoes in overlaping rows.
  4. Sprinkle with cheese; spoon soup mixture over cheese.
  5. Cover w/foil; bake at 400 degreesF.
  6. For 45 min.
  7. Uncover, bake 10 min.
  8. Or until potatoes are fork-tender.
