Cheap and Easy Veggie Chili

Ingredients:

  • 1 (400 g) can chopped tomatoes
  • 0.5 (250 g) can baked beans
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 0.5 (250 g) a packet quorn mince
  • 1/3 pint vegetable stock

Directions:

  1. Fry the mushrooms.
  2. Put tinned tomatoes in a pan and bring to heat.
  3. Add chili powder to taste.
  4. Add mushrooms.
  5. Add mince and baked beans.
  6. Add vegetable stock and onion powder.
  7. Simmer for 15 minutes.
  8. Boil rice and serve straight away (garlic bread is a great side dish!).
