Cheap and Easy Veggie Chili

My boyfriend and I were experimenting with a basic chili recipe. I made it last night and it was delish! This is great for kids because there's no bits of onion.
Ingredients:
4 mushrooms
1 pinch hot chili powder
1 (400 g) can chopped tomatoes
0.5 (250 g) can baked beans
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
0.5 (250 g) a packet quorn mince
1/3 pint vegetable stock
rice
Directions:
1. Fry the mushrooms.
2. Put tinned tomatoes in a pan and bring to heat.
3. Add chili powder to taste.
4. Add mushrooms.
5. Add mince and baked beans.
6. Add vegetable stock and onion powder.
7. Simmer for 15 minutes.
8. Boil rice and serve straight away (garlic bread is a great side dish!).
