Ingredients:

  • 1 package bran/wheat mash - baby food (cerelac) celeriac
  • 500 g beef bones with marrow or 500 g mutton bones with marrow
  • 3 -4 cups water

Directions:

  1. First clean bones well.
  2. Put in a pressure cooker with 3-4 cups of water.
  3. Add salt, and vegetables
  4. After cooking remove bones, scoop out marrow, add bran/wheat mash (CERELAC)
  5. Mix/mash well, cool.
