Carrot Cake Oatmeal

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar

Directions:

  1. In a small saucepan, combine carrots, waer, salt and cinnamon and bring to a boil. reduce heat, add raisins and simmer for about 3 minutes.
  2. Stir in the oats and cook until thickened, about 5 minutes.
  3. Transfer to a bowl and add the brown sugar and nuts.
