Ingredients:

  • 1 lb carrot , slices
  • 6 cups water
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp corn syrup
  • 2 tbsp butter

Directions:

  1. Boil carrots in water 8 minutes. Drain.
  2. Add remainder of ingredients.
