Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp margarine
  • 1 1/3 cups celery, cut in 1 inch pieces
  • 1 1/3 tbsp onions, chopped
  • 1/8 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/3 cup water

Directions:

  1. Preheat overn to 350F.
  2. Melt margarine in skillet; add celery, onion, garlic powder and water.
  3. Cover and simmer 5 minutes or until tender; drain.
  4. Place in casserole, top with tomato, sprinkle with cheese.
  5. Bake uncovered for 15 - 20 minutes.
