Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Combine potatoes, flour salt and butter.
  3. Press evenly to the bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie plate.
  4. Bake for 10 minutes.
  5. Cool.
  6. Break cauliflower into flowerettes, and partially cook.
  7. Meanwhile saute onions in oil until soft.
  8. Combine eggs, 1 cup of cheese , salt and garlic.
  9. Add cauliflower and onions.
  10. Pour into potato crust.
  11. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top and bake at 350F for 30 minutes.
