Cauliflour N Goat Cheese Soup

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Chop all of the cauliflour removing the core.
  2. Put in the pot of beef stock.
  3. Boil until the vegetable is very soft.
  4. Puree and strain.
  5. Put back on stovetop and add cheese, garlic and dill
  6. Incorporate until mixture is smooth.
  7. Sprinkle with Parmesan if desired
