Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Drain and rinse black beans.
  2. Chop scallions (without chive) and roast iwith garlic cloves in oiled tin foil on grill or in oven.
  3. Chop walnuts.
  4. Mix vinegar and oil.
  5. Toast flatbread.
  6. Mix beans, cooled scallion,s walnuts, bean sprouts, walnuts, vinaigrette, and goat cheese.
  7. Chill approximately 10 minutes.
  8. Cut toasted flatbread into points.
  9. Serve as a salad cold with toasted flatbread points.
  10. May also be served as a dip with the points or chips.
