Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix the meat with the bread crumbs, onion, garlic, mustard, Worcester, and chilli sauces.
  2. Divide the mix into 12 pieces and form into balls with your hands.
  3. Heat the oil in a large pan and fry the meatballs for 5 mins till btown. Remove them from the pan and drain them on kitchen paper.
  4. Fry the celery and carrot for 5 minutes.
  5. Add the mushrooms, tomatoes, stock and tomato puree, stir well and add the meatballs.
  6. Bring to the boil, reduce heat and simmer covered for 15 minutes.
  7. Serve withh boiled rice.
