Carrots with Orange Glaze

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups carrots, cut in small strips
  • 3 tsp butter
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • 1/4 tsp ginger

Directions:

  1. Stir fry carrots in butter till, crisp tender.
  2. Remove from pan.
  3. Mix juice and cornstarch.
  4. Add to butter and stir for 1 minutes.
  5. Add ginger and stir.
  6. Return carrots and mix well.
  7. Heat through.
