Carrot Raisin Salad

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 3 carrots, grated (about a cup)
  • 1/3 cup dark raisin

Directions:

  1. Mix mayonnaise and milk.
  2. Add honey and vinegar.
  3. Add to rice, carrots and raisings. Mix well.
  4. Can store 3-4 days in the fridge.
