This diabetic salad is pretty tasty
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1/4 cup milk
1/2 tablespoon vinegar
1 teaspoon honey
1 cup brown rice, cooked
3 carrots, grated (about a cup)
1/3 cup dark raisin
Directions:
1. Mix mayonnaise and milk.
2. Add honey and vinegar.
3. Add to rice, carrots and raisings. Mix well.
4. Can store 3-4 days in the fridge.
