Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cream sugar, shortening and eggs til light and creamy.
  2. Add milk, carrots and stir til well mixed.
  3. Mix together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg. Add remaining ingredients and stir til raisins are well coated with flour mixture.
  4. Mix with creamed mixture.
  5. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet.
  6. Bake 375F 15 mins.
