Directions:

  1. In a large saucepan or dutch oven combine all chili ingredients.........
  2. Cook over medium - high heat for 10- to 12 minutes or until chili is thoroughly heated through and the flavors are blended.......stirring occasionally....................
  3. Slice banana into a small bowl add lemon juice toss to coat
  4. Top each bowl of chili with banana slices and sprinkle cilantro on it
  5. Serves 4
