Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425.
  2. Grease a 12 inch pizza pan.
  3. Press pizza dough into pan.
  4. Prick dough with a fork.
  5. Bake at 425 for 7 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
  6. Saute onion and garlic in butter in a saucepan until tender.
  7. Stir in flour and pepper.
  8. Gradually add milk.
  9. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened.
  10. Reduce heat; stir in parmesan cheese.
  11. Spread mixture over hot crust.
  12. Sprinkle with bacon, monterrey jack cheese and green onion.
  13. Bake at 425 for 8 to 12 minutes.
  14. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
  15. Serve warm.
