Canadian Bacon And Red Onion Baked Eggs

Ingredients:

  • 8 large eggs
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 6 tbsp milk
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Directions:

  1. Put butter in square baking pan then set in 350 degree oven to melt.
  2. Shake pan to distribute butter evenly then slightly beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper.
  3. Pour into pan then bake at 350 for 10 minutes.
  4. Sprinkle with cheese, Canadian bacon and onion.
  5. Draw a wide metal spatula across bottom of pan several times to break up mixture.
  6. Bake breaking up mixture again several times for 5 more minutes or until of desired doneness.
  7. Sprinkle with Tabasco sauce and serve immediately.
