Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup onion, minced
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven 400 degrees.
  2. Lightly grease baking sheet with oil.
  3. In a small skillet, add onions to 1 tablespoon oil until onions are tender.
  4. Mix other ingredients in a bowl, then add onions.
  5. Mix with a large spoon to blend ingredients together.
  6. Shape into meatballs 1 to 2 inches in diameter and place on baking sheet.
  7. Bake 10 to 12 minutes.
