Directions:

  1. Chop the peaches, melon, jalapeno,pineapple, and bell pepper using the Manual Food Processor. Juice the lime using the Citus Press to measure 2 tablespoons lime juice and add to the salsa. Mix Gently. Spoon into bowl and serve with Plantain or tortilla chips.
