Calming Chamomile Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup soymilk or 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 2 tbsp plain yogurt
  • 1 tbsp german chamomile flowers (fresh) or 1 tsp german chamomile flowers (dried)

Directions:

  1. Using a blender or Vita-Mix, process ingredients until smooth. Pour into a glass.
