Ingredients:

  • 3 cups flour
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 3 eggs , unbeaten
  • 1 1/8 cups vegetable oil
  • 1 (8 oz) can crushed pineapple with juice
  • 1 cup pecans

Directions:

  1. Mix by hand and pour into Bundt pan.
  2. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 20 minute.
