Cake That Doesn't Last!

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups flour
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups cooking oil
  • 1 (12 oz) can crushed pineapple
  • 1 cup walnut pieces or 1 cup pecan pieces
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Mix dry ingredients in bowl.
  2. Make a well in center of the combined dry ingredients and add eggs, pineapple, oil, vanilla and bananas; stir.
  3. DON T BEAT!
  4. Pour into greased tube pan.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 75 minutes or until cake tester inserted comes out clean.
