  1. Brown meat lightly in Dutch oven.
  2. Add all other ingredients.
  3. Cover and bake 1 hour at 350.
  4. (if not quite done, bake an additional 20 mins).
  5. Let cool and serve.
  6. Almost tastes better the next day after it settles in refrigerator.
