Cabbage and Rice Casserole

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Brown the butter in a roast pan.
  2. Put the 2 cups uncooked rice in the butter.
  3. Slice the cabbage and carrots.
  4. Brown the ground beef or turkey with the onion.
  5. Drain.
  6. Mix together meat, cabbage, carrots and salt.
  7. Place this mixture on top of rice.
  8. Do not stir.
  9. Mix the tomato soup and water together and pour over the rice mixture.
  10. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
