  2. Mix in pot
  3. Bring to a boil
  4. Reduce heat to low
  5. Cover with lid tilted
  6. Cook for 25 minutes or until tender
  7. Pour half into blender a puree
  8. Mix puree back into pot
  9. Cool and serve
