Ingredients:

  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 cup water
  • 4 tbsp brown rice
  • 3 cups cabbage

Directions:

  1. Brown beef and add onion garlic wrocestershire
  2. Add soup water and rice
  3. Place cabbage in pyrex dish and cover with meat mixture
  4. Top with cheese
  5. Cover with lid and bake for 1 1/2 hour at 325
