Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Cream butter abd sugar until smooth.
  2. Add egg and vanilla.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix together flour, baking soda and salt, add to creamed mixture.
  4. Place on cookie sheets 1 tbsp 2 inches apart.
  5. Bake at 375°F for 15 minutes/ Let cool.
