  1. Cut the onion into pieces and fry it till soft.
  2. Cut the Butternut, sweet patato and apple into pieces, add to the onions and add some water, cook for 45 minutes.
  3. Pour some flour in.
  4. Add the Chicken stock and milk.
  5. Add the curry powder and nutmeg.
  6. Add Salt and Pepper for Taste.
