Butternut And Feta Bake

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Boil the butternut until half cooked.
  2. Drain and place in an ovenproof dish.
  3. Crumble the feta cheese on top and sprinkle with thyme, chives and garlic.
  4. Mix together the cream, egg, salt and pepper and pour over the butternut.
  5. Dot with the butter.
  6. Place in the oven for 20 to 30 minutes at 180°C.
  7. Serve warm
