Bulgur With Fried Tofu

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Brown onion in oil in large frying pan.
  2. Add small slices of tofu and soy sauce and fry lightly until colored.
  3. Add bulgur and saute for a minute or so.
  4. Add green beans and mix well.
  5. Add boiled water and spice to taste
  6. Cook covered until the water is absorbed.
