Ingredients:

  • 4 tbsp flour
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 2 tbsp salt
  • 2 eggs

Directions:

  1. Finely grate the potatoes& sprinkle salt over them.
  2. Sprinkle the flour over potatoes to absorb the liquids.
  3. Once liquids are absorbed, add 2 tablespoons of oil.
  4. In a small bowl, put yeast, 2 tablespoons warm water, and 2 tablespoons of salt to create a yeasty mixture.
  5. Mix everything together along with eggs.
  6. Let rise for 1/2 hour.
  7. Fry in shallow oil-let the mixture fill the pan, to make big fluffy pancakes.
