Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp margarine or butter
  • 9 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup of sour cream or ranch
  • 1/2 cup of milk
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp green onion or salsa
  • 2 cups of cheese

Directions:

  1. Heat 325
  2. Melt Margarine in square baking dish 8 x 8
  3. Beat Eggs, Sour Cream, Milk and Salt. Stir in Onions. Pour into Dish.
  4. Bake 25 mins or until eggs are set
