Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Mix butter and chocolate in saucepan.
  3. Cook over medium heat, stir constantly, until chocolate is melted.
  4. Remove from heat.
  5. Dissolve coffee in the tablespoon of warm water and add to the chocolate mixture.
  6. In medium bowl add chocolate mixture, sugar, flour and eggs mix well.
  7. Spread onto a greased and floured 12-inch pizza pan.
  8. Bake for 15-17 minutes or until brownie begins to pull away from sides of pan.
  9. Cool completely.
  10. TOPPING:.
  11. Mix coffee with ice cream, stir until it's a soft serve.
  12. To serve, cut brownie into 12 wedges; top each wedge with ice cream.
  13. Drizzle chocolate syrup over ice cream.
