Ingredients:

  • 1 package brownie mix
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2/3 cup oil
  • 2 eggs

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375.
  2. Mix brownie mix, flour, baking soda, and baking powder then stir to blend.
  3. In separate bowl beat milk, oil and eggs together.
  4. Make well in brownie flour mixture then pour in liquid mixture and stir until just blended.
  5. Spoon into paper lined muffin tins and bake 30 minutes.
