Easy Blueberry Oatmeal Cake

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1 egg

Directions:

  1. Combine dry ingredients including sugar.
  2. Combine wet ingredients.
  3. Combine both ingredients to blend well.
  4. Stir in blueberries.
  5. Place in a greased 8 inch square pan.
  6. Bake in a 400F oven 20 to 25 minutes or tested done.
  7. Serve pieces with a scoop of ice cream if desired.
