Ingredients:

  • 1 1/3 cups water
  • 1 cup instant brown rice (such as uncle ben's)
  • 2 tbsp thinly sliced green onions
  • 1 1/2 tbsp preshredded fresh parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp butter
  • 1/8 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Combine water and rice in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil; cover, reduce heat, and simmer 10 minutes or until water is absorbed and rice is tender.
  2. Stir in green peas and remaining ingredients.
