Ingredients:

  • 1 cup white rice
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 onion dice small

Directions:

  1. Coat the bottom of a saucepan with olive oil and add the rice and onion and brown the rice a little; add the broth and then add to 13x9 bakind dish. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
