Broiled Tilapia Parmesean

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat broiler.
  2. Combine all ingredients EXCEPT fish. Mix thoroughly. Set aside for flavors to meld.
  3. Line cookie pan with foil and lightly spray the foil with olive oil spray or Pam.
  4. Arrange fish in single layer.
  5. Broil 2 minutes.
  6. Flip fish and broil 2-3 minutes.
  7. Top each piece of fish with mixture (it will begin to melt).
  8. Broil 2 -3 more minutes until cheese is brown and fish is flaky.
  9. Serve immediately.
