Broccoli Lemon Chicken

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 (10 oz) can cream of broccoli soup
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice (add zest too if desired)
  • 4 slices lemons , thin

Directions:

  1. Saute breasts 5 minutes per side in frying pan.
  2. Mix next 4 ingredients and pour over chicken.
  3. Top each breast with a lemon slice.
  4. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer 5 to 10 minutes until tender.
  5. Stir occasionally.
