Broccoli In Garlic Butter

Directions:

  1. Trim broccoli, cut into indivdual floweretts, leaving the stems
  2. About 4 long
  3. Place broccoli into vegetable steamer or into a large pot with small
  4. Amount of water. Heat until water boils. Steam broccoli covered
  5. For 12-15 min.until bright green & tender-crisp
  6. Heat butter & oil in skillet. Add garlic & rosemary
  7. Add broccoli to garlic butter & stir quickly over high heat until broccoli
  8. Is coated
  9. Transfer to warm serving dish. pour any remaining garlic butter
  10. From pan over broccoli
  11. Sprinkle broccoli with shredded cheese, if used & serve immediately
  12. Or hold in warm oven until ready to serve.
