Cheesy Potato and Broccoli Soup

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Steam the broccoli until soft, mash up and set aside.
  2. Saute onions and garlic in butter until soft.
  3. Add potato starch , stir until paste forms.
  4. Slowly add in milk stirring constantly
  5. Add Potatoes , cheese, salt and pepper , bring to boil, simmer for 15 minutes.
  6. Enjoy.
