Broccoli Cornbread

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine the chopped, thawed and drained broccoli with chopped onion,
  2. Cottage cheese, melted butter , salt and beaten eggs into a medium bowl.
  3. Mix well. Then add cornbread mix.
  4. Pour into a greased 9 x 13 inch casserole.
  5. Bake 25 minutes at 400 degrees.
  6. Do not over bake .
  7. This is a very moist cornbread. allow to sit for a few minutes. serve hot.
