Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook broccoli according to package instructions.
  2. Put broccoli and rice in a lightly greased baking dish. Stir to combine.
  3. In a medium skillet,saute onion in butter until translucent.
  4. Stir in mushroom soup and Cheeze Whiz. Stir until melted/blended.
  5. Pour mixture on top of broccoli and rice. Stir unti well combined.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
  7. Serve hot.
