  1. MELT 2 TBSP BUTTER IN LARGE SAUCEPAN OVER MEDIUM HEAT. WHISK IN FLOUR,COOK,WHISKING CONSTANTLY FOR 2 MINUTES. WHISK IN MILK GRADUALLY,COOK WHISKING CONSTANTLY FOR 5 MINUTES OR UNTIL MIXTURE THICKENS. REMOVE FROM HEAT. ADD SHREDDED CHEESE,SALT AND PEPPER. STIR UNTIL CHEESE MELTS. STIR IN BROCCOLI AND MACARONI.POUR INTO GREASED BAKING DISH.SPRINKLE WITH BREADCRUMBS, DOT WITH 2 TBSP BUTTER. BAKE AT 350 DEGREES FOR 25-30 MINUTES.
