Ingredients:

  1. Pound; package frozen broccoli
  2. /2 cup Seasoned Corn Bread Stuffing
  3. /2 cup; shredded cheddar cheese
  4. Eggs, slightly beaten
  5. /4 teaspoon; garlic powder
  6. /4 cup; melted butter or margarine
  7. Serving Size: 8
  8. Prep. Time: 30 min
  9. Cook Time: 10 to 15 min
  10. METHOD:
  11. Preheat the oven to 400°F. Spray a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray and set aside.
  12. Cook the broccoli according to package instructions. Drain well and allow to cool, and mince.
  13. Combine the minced broccoli with all of the remaining ingredients except the butter or margarine. Then stir in the butter or margarine.
  14. Using a tablespoon, shape the stuffing mixture into eight 1 1/2-inch ovals or cylinders, and arrange on the prepared baking sheet. Bake uncovered for 10 to 15 minutes, or until lightly browned.
