Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs

Directions:

  1. Brown beef in pan, separating into small pieces as it cooks.
  2. Beat eggs in small bowl.
  3. Grate cheese over ground beef and let it begin to melt in the pan.
  4. Add eggs to pan, allowing them to surround the beef and cheese. When the bottom has become done enough, fold omelette and allow the eggs to cook to desired firmness.
