Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Slightly beat eggs. Brown and drain sausage (use large pan or a couple to get done quickly). Cut cheese into cubes. Mix sausage, eggs and cheese with hash browns and milk. (You will need a very big pan for this). Put in large, very well greased, baking dish (several or a large roasting pan). Bake at 350 degrees until done. Probably about 45 to 60 minutes. Stir it a couple of times during baking. You can make this the night before easily. Refrigerate before cooking, then cook 90 minutes or so. After removing from oven, let sit for about 10 minutes before serving. This recipe makes a very large amount. However, I (CKM) used it the first time for Motherâ??s Day 2003. The 12 of us ate almost all of it. It can be halved easily for a smaller amount. Leftovers are very good. ENJOY!
