Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Butter your baking pan 12x14
  2. Assemble 6 slices on bottom of pan
  3. Butter 1 side of and cut remaining slices in half and assemble around sides ,butter side out.(very attractive if you cut on the diagonal)
  4. -
  5. Chop and sautee the onions,peppers and garlic till soft.
  6. Add your mushrooms.
  7. Mix bacon and ham into the vegetables and then put this mix into your prepared dish.
  8. Stir your batter again and pour over the whole.
  9. Add the cheese on top.
  10. At this point you can cover and refridgerate over night .
  11. Allow to sit for 15 minutes and then bake at 350 degrees till brown and set up, check the middle aprox 40-50 min

  13. This can be used as a supper dish as well ,works great with any left over meats and vegetables. like chicken and broccoli.
